About Jonny
The artist behind the work.
Internationally traveled and trained — a New York City native raised in the melting pot of global culture. Growing up surrounded by that much diversity — the daily mix of the metropolis that is New York City — gave me a genuine curiosity for different world perspectives. Traveling across the globe was inevitable.
When you sit in my chair, you get an artist who has studied how the whole world makes its mark, with over two decades in this industry — knowing exactly how to transform nature's canvas at the highest standard it can be executed.
All of it done with respect for the craft: an art embedded in human history since the beginning of mankind, marking the body to express the essence of the soul.
Tattooing Is More Than Just a Service
Let me put something into perspective.
Across America, we're talking about tens of thousands of tattoo shops, tens of thousands of tattoo artists, and millions upon millions of potential clients.
Now, here's something I want people to understand. Tattooing is a service industry. But unlike getting a haircut, buying clothes, or getting your car detailed, the work we provide becomes a permanent part of your body. And that's something I take seriously.
As a professional tattoo artist, I don't just want you to leave my studio happy. I want you to be happy with that tattoo five, ten, even twenty years from now. Because when you're wearing my artwork, my craftsmanship is walking around with you.
And that's why I take pride in every piece I create. Not because I think I'm better than anybody else, but because I understand the responsibility that comes with this profession.
We're not just putting ink into skin. We're helping people express themselves, build confidence, and sometimes even change the way they see themselves.
My goal isn't simply to give you a tattoo. It's to provide a quality experience and create something that both of us can be proud of.
I'm not here to convince you that I'm the only choice. I'm here to give you a reason to feel confident that I'm the right choice.
And that's what professional tattooing means to me.
Questions, answered straight
So there's nothing left to guess.
Can I get a price over the phone?
No — deliberately. Size, placement, and detail change the price, and guessing helps no one. You get an exact quote in person, after your design is reviewed. For accuracy, tattoos are not priced or booked over the phone.
How do I book?
Book your consultation on Fresha — $50 to book. For large custom projects, a separate $150 custom design fee begins the design work. Session pricing and scheduling are agreed at the consultation.
Do you only take large pieces?
No. Large, medium, and small are all welcome — one artist, one standard. Large projects get a design process; small pieces get a fast lane.
I have a reference — or a flash idea.
Bring it. Custom work is the top priority here, and your references and flash ideas are welcome. We build it to the standard, together.
How does booking a large project work — and what is the $150 design fee?
A large project starts with a $50 consultation. During that consultation, we go over your entire design in detail — concept, placement, sizing, and how the piece will be planned and built properly over sessions. If your design is created custom from scratch, a separate $150 custom design fee is required to begin the design work. That fee covers the dedicated time spent developing your idea, drawing the design, and mapping its placement and composition — the proper planning a large piece requires. It is separate from the tattoo-session price, and session pricing and scheduling are agreed separately before booking is finalized. Small and medium pieces are separate: a $50 consultation, credited in full toward your tattoo deposit when you book.
What will my tattoo cost?
That depends on size, placement, and detail — which is exactly why the consultation exists. You leave with an exact quote before any work begins.
